Quality assurance
The Petrović family has almost 70 years of experience in the production and processing of bee products.From 1955 until today, we have been recognized for the exceptional quality of our raw materials and finished products. Several generations of our loyal customers can testify to their quality and efficacy in health treatments.
Radovan Petrović was a passionate beekeeper and the developer of apitherapy in Croatia, and he devised most of the product formulas. Over many years these have been enriched with additions of herbal tinctures and extracts in order to increase their benefits and suit our products to customer needs.
During production, we strictly use honey, propolis, bee pollen, wax and royal jelly from Croatian beekeepers and can guarantee their highest quality. All of our products are completely natural, without additives, preservatives and similar synthetic additives, and the production processes are certified ecological, which contributes to our devotion to protecting the environment.
From the very beginning until today, our main aims have been to ensure the quality and safety of our products and production processes. Radovan Petrović LLC continues to apply an integrated system of quality management and food safety, according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards, in order to ensure and continuously improve the products. With this goal in mind, we commit ourselves to:
- Building a valuable relationship with our customers as the main prerequisite for fulfilling their needs and our promises
- Develop long-lasting cooperations with local, small producers in Croatia to contribute to our community
- Employ professional and educated staff who will be continuously trained for excellence
- Comply with all requirements of the specified norms and laws
- Monitor and ensure the quality and health safety of the products we place on the market
- The food quality and safety policy is our basic document and an integral part of the Radovan Petrović LLC management system manual. Workers comply with legal obligations and internal instructions depending on their business duties.
The quality assurance policy is made public so that all interested parties can have access to it, and workers can actively participate in its implementation.
