Safety statement

T-Com Pay Way applies the most recent data protection standards – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm.

The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of data between the T-Com system and authorization centers of payment card companies is carried out in a private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer of firewall.

Privacy statement

RADOVAN PETROVIĆ LLC undertakes to protect the personal data of customers in such a way that it collects only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are required for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs customers about how the collected data is used, offers customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user data is strictly secured and is available only to employees of the company who require this data for business operations. All employees of RADOVAN PETROVIĆ LLC and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Delivery conditions

POSTAGE

The cost of postage is borne by the Buyer. If a mistake was made by the Seller the return costs are borne by the Seller.

SHIPPING

Delivery of goods within the Republic of Croatia is carried out by the GLS delivery service.

  • Postage for orders up to 38.00 € is charged 5.10 € and the cost of delivery is borne by the Customer.
  • Postage for orders over 38.00 € is free of charge.
  • When returning the ordered items the Customer bears the return costs.
  • The cost of postage to EU member states is charged at special prices. The delivery cost is automatically calculated by the systemand displayed at checkout and is based on a predefined country price list.

When receiving the goods, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to receive the delivery of a shipment if it shows visible external damages.

Conditions for returns and complaints

RETURNS / COMPLAINTS / REPLACEMENTS

The customer has the right to return or complain about the goods within 7 days of delivery if the ordered item does not match the description of the ordered product. Complaints are sent by e-mail to: info@radovanpetrovic.com or by mail to the address RADOVAN PETROVIĆ LLC, Tina Ujevića 7, 10410, Velika Gorica.

When returning the ordered items the Customer bears the return costs. If a mistake was made by the Seller or if there is an irregularity of the product, the return costs are borne by the Seller. The Seller is obliged to replace the product within 30 days from the day of receipt of the written complaint of the customer.

Statement of conversion

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Submission of customer complaints

Pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Consumer Protection (Hrvatske Narodne Novine No. 41/14), we inform consumers that any dissatisfaction with the purchased product or services can be submitted in writing via mail, fax or e-mail. The Seller undertakes to respond to complaints, in writing, within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

These terms of purchase define the procedures for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about the products offered on our website.

The supplier (Seller) of the goods offered on these pages is RADOVAN PETROVIĆ LLC, OIB 66075534748:, and the Buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.

All prices are expressed in EUR and do not include VAT.

RADOVAN PETROVIĆ LLC is a member of the VAT system.

Online payment security

Data security between your computer or mobile phone and the server of the T-Com Pay Way system service is ensured by the use of data encryption and a security protocol. Encryption is a process that converts plain text into cipher text using algorithms and secret and public keys.

Data transmitted through these pages is protected using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. The SSL protocol encrypts data when entering through the web interface which creates a secure channel for information transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s computer or mobile phone and the server and vice versa.

User data transmitted over the Internet is protected by a 128-bit SSL data encryption protocol. 128-bit encryption with the SSL protocol is currently the strongest standard in the protection of communications and data exchange over the Internet and is used by certain users who partially or fully perform certain communications over the Internet. The server that performs online payment is located in a private network protected by a double layer of firewall and prevents unauthorized access. Data exchange between T-Com and card issuers is performed using a private network not connected to the Internet and is fully protected from unauthorized access using the ISO 8583 protocol.
